{"id":856,"date":"2023-05-13T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-13T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jadeusa.net\/blog\/?p=856"},"modified":"2026-05-03T12:32:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T19:32:20","slug":"disney-cruise-2023-2-western-caribbean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jadeusa.net\/blog\/index.php\/2023\/05\/13\/disney-cruise-2023-2-western-caribbean\/","title":{"rendered":"DCL &#8211; May 2023 &#8211; Western Caribbean"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today we returned from a 7-night Western Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy.<\/p>\n<p>Our ports of call were Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Falmouth and Castaway Cay.<\/p>\n<p>We stayed in stateroom # 9000 (Cat 08B Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom) located on Deck 9 fwd (all the way forward) on the port side.<\/p>\n<p>Our stateroom host was Carol Elizabeth McFarlane. Our dining team included Claudia Gabriella Huatay Callapina (head server), I Made Widiantara &#8220;Widi&#8221; (server), and Mayi Laroya Fontanilla (asst server). Our cruise director was Stephen. Chrissy from Trinidad &amp; Tobago (the same from our cruise in January) was our server when we visited Palo for brunch.<\/p>\n<p>The evening before our visit to Castaway Cay, Lizzy fell while walking down the stairs in the Walt Disney theater, spraining her foot and removing a few layers of skin on the top of her foot. The next morning, we had it x-rayed just to make everyone feel better. Nothing was found to be broken.<\/p>\n<p>The end of our 20th Disney cruise (Magic: 2, Wonder: 5, Dream: 5, Fantasy: 7, Wish: 1) marked our 125th night that we have spent on these beautiful ships.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we returned from a 7-night Western Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy.
