Last night, Lizzy slept in her bassinet all by herself, still in our bedroom, of course.

Today Lizzy went to the Doctor to receive her first series of shots. Ouch! (Now we know how well her lungs are doing! )
She weighed in at 11 lbs 5 oz, and was 22 1/2 inches long.
She received her DTaP, Polio, Hib, Hep B, and PCV7 shots. She did great, and mom did too! 🙂 Don’t know if she will be smiling at her nurse next time as quickly.
Today Lizzy got a “Snuggle Nest” – A nifty little bed that allows her to sleep with mom and dad, but still be safe!
Today was a follow-up visit with the Doctor. She is now off the Xopenex, since her levels were back to normal. He said to just use saline drops as needed, and to continue to use the humidifier.
Today Lizzy visited with the Doctor again because she wasn’t doing any better. She had a breathing treatment and was put on Xopenex for the next week. Her visit found her weighing in at 8lb 14oz
Today Lizzy had a Doctor Visit because she had a stuffy nose and a little cough. She weighed 8lb 12oz.
Today Lizzy got to visit with her new doctor. Lizzy now weighs 6 lbs 9 oz, and is 18 1/2 inches long. The doctor gave her a look-over and says she appears to be a happy and healthy baby!
Lizzy also got to visit with her Chiropractor for a well visit.
She attended her first Sacrament meeting, where of course everyone was glad to meet the new addition.
She got to visit the Shao-lin Kung Fu school, and meet the black belt class and Master Matt, where daddy plans on returning some time in the near future. 😉
She had her first formal pictures taken
The pink picture was actually snapped the 1/2 second between yanking out the pacifier and her starting to scream really loud. Pictures are here in the Gallery.
She also got to get pictures with Santa during her first trip to the mall. Pictures are here in the Gallery.
Daddy is already worried that mommy is teaching her how to shop at this early age.
