Yesterday Andrea and Joe got back home after a three night stay at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel. Lizzy stayed with grammy and papa over at Bay Lake Tower. Daisy stayed at the Heart of Florida Pet Resort.
During our stay, Joe went a snorkeling trip with Sea Experience.
Today we visited Wild Florida, about an hour from our home.
While there, we took a 1-hour airboat ride and then checked out a couple of the shows and walked around looking at the animal exhibits.
Today we spent a day at SeaWorld Orlando for Lizzy’s field trip for FLVS.
Lizzy and Joe rode on Manta, Kraken and Mako
All three of us rode on Infinity Falls, Journey to Atlantis, Empire of the Penguin and Wild Arctic
We got to watch the Shamu show and also feed the stingrays some fish.
Tonight we went to the Medieval Times dinner show with Lizzy’s Grammy and Papa.
Early this morning, the four of us boarded an airplane, heading for Florida – where our new home will be, near the Walt Disney World resort.
Yesterday we returned from a trip over to Florida, where we visited NASA and Walt Disney World.
On the 1st anniversary of the attack on September 11, it was an interesting experience at WDW. While in the park, all of the rides, music and other activities were halted, while they had an announcement come over the speakers. They then had a moment of silence, which was quite eerie. Once that was finished, everything was started back up as usual.
